What you get to do in this role: You’ll drive the end-to-end projects from planning through implementation to ensure successful delivery for customers Provide clear communication to cross-functional teams and management regarding project status, resource requirements, issues, and priorities. Maintain strong partnerships and drive high priority initiatives Track capacity and demand across key programs to better communicate resource and project needs or risks. Collaborate with a wide variety of internal cross-functional stakeholders to increase the efficiency and efficacy of our product development organization Complex stakeholder management Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of project/program management experience in mid/large size companies Experience with Identity and Access Management and/or Identity Governance Experience within Cybersecurity industry Enterprise Customer Engagement experience is a must Quickly and effectively adjusts to changes in priority, areas of focus and unforeseen challenges Identifies opportunities for operational improvement, and suggests solutions Ability to independently adjust own work deliverables as priorities shift Exhibits strong self-awareness and provides constructive, actionable feedback to colleagues to maintain collective accountability Experience working on and managing large projects or programs with cross-functional teams. Deliver solutions and strategies while mitigating or removing obstacles. Experience utilizing software to keep projects organized, track metrics, and report on progress.
