Key Responsibilities Responsible for creating programs and activities that keep employees motivated, happy, and productive at work. Plan and organize employee activities (events, team building, celebrations) Run engagement programs (surveys, recognition, wellness initiatives) Gather employee feedback and suggest improvements Support internal communications (announcements, newsletters) Help improve company culture and employee satisfaction Work with HR and leaders to address employee concerns Key Competencies Relationship management Creativity and innovation Problem-solving and analytical thinking Stakeholder collaboration Attention to detail Qualifications: Good communication and people skills. Creative and organized. Experience in HR, events, or employee engagement (preferred). Able to handle multiple activities and deadlines. Experience in BPO or corporate setting.
