Data Operations Associate Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Lead and manage a team responsible for data processing and operational activities . Ensure accurate, high-quality, and timely delivery of work. Monitor KPIs, productivity, quality, and team performance to achieve operational targets. Set clear performance expectations and provide regular coaching and constructive feedback . Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives . Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day operational and technical issues. Manage workload, resources, and priorities to meet business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams . Support team members' training, development, and career growth. Drive effective change management and support new processes or initiatives. Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture. Ensure the team follows established policies, procedures, and service requirements. Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field . Experience in people management, team leadership, or supervisory responsibilities . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese . Strong people and process management capabilities. Ability to manage, engage, and influence cross-functional teams. Good delegation, coaching, and performance management skills. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Client-focused and solution-oriented mindset. Good presentation and communication skills. Experience in process improvement and change management is an advantage. Strong time management and prioritization skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Strong understanding of end-to-end operational processes .
