Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to identify opportunities for digital transformation and process improvement within the insurance domain. Analyse existing systems, processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks and improvement areas. Gather, analyse and document business requirements for digital solutions. Develop business requirements, functional specifications and user stories aligned with business objectives. Work closely with cross-functional teams, Product Owners and development teams to drive project implementation. Lead change management activities for digital transformation initiatives. Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analysis. Develop communication plans, training materials and workshops to support change adoption. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of transformation initiatives. Champion Agile/Scrum methodologies and promote continuous improvement. Facilitate workshops, discussions and stakeholder meetings. Collaborate with Product Owners and development teams to prioritize and refine user stories. Drive retrospectives, feedback sessions and continuous Agile process improvements. Required Skills 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Insurance domain . Strong experience in Insurance Digital Transformation projects. Strong understanding of Insurance processes, products and workflows . Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis and process modelling. Strong experience in BRD, FRD, Functional Requirements and User Stories . Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies . Experience working with Product Owners, Developers and cross-functional teams . Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience in Change Management and Impact Assessment . Ability to translate business requirements into functional/technical specifications. Excellent analytical, presentation and facilitation skills. Middle East/GCC Insurance experience is highly preferred. Willingness to relocate to UAE is mandatory. Preferred Qualifications CBAP / CSM / CSPO or similar certification. Experience working on large-scale insurance digital transformation projects . UAE / GCC / Middle East insurance experience. Preferred Tamil-speaking candidates Professional certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP) or agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, CSPO) are advantageous. Experience working on large-scale digital transformation projects in the insurance sector. All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
