Gerenciar, executar e controlar todas as demandas de serviços de TI. Executar as Liberações e apoiar os processos operacionais de evoluções das mudanças de TI em Produção. Requisitos obrigatórios Ensino superior completo; Internet / Intranet - Básico; Z/OS - Introdução, Conceitos e Recursos Operacionais; TSO - Conceitos e Recursos; JCL - Conceitos e Recursos; CICS - Conceitos; Família Control/(M/R/D/O) - Conceitos e Recursos; VSAM - Conceitos; BD DB2 – Conceitos e Recursos; Connect Direct – Conceitos e Recursos; Software EDI – (Eletronic Data Interchange) – Conceitos; Rede LAN / WAN - Conceitos e Recursos; Excel - Conceitos e Recursos; Desejável Servidores - Hardware e Software Básico; Telecomunicações - Básico; Arquitetura TCP/IP - Básico; Netview – Conceitos; Rede SNA - Conceitos e Recursos.
