What We’re Looking For You’ll combine insurance expertise with strong consulting skills and a passion for helping organisations embrace technology and automation. We’re particularly interested in candidates with experience in: Solution Consulting, Business Analysis, Implementation Consulting or similar customer-facing roles. The insurance industry, with London Market experience highly desirable. Scoping insurance product rules, validation logic and workflow processes. Insurance technology platforms, digital transformation or process improvement initiatives. Insurance products, business rules, data and workflow automation. Working closely with broking and underwriting teams to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions. Building trusted stakeholder relationships and influencing decision-makers at all levels. Producing high-quality documentation ensuring traceability and transparency in client implementations. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills. Experience with workflow automation platforms, rules engines or low-code technologies would be a distinct advantage. #LI-Hybrid
