Technical Writing- Change Management - Analyst

This is a unique opportunity for you to work in the Project Management team to partner with the Business. As an Analyst in the CO&D team, you will be responsible for partnering closely with the subject matter experts from the business, production, policy and project teams within various WKO & DDS functions to ensure all Change & Knowledge Management documentation is accurate, clear, concise, and consistent. The CO&D Analyst is also responsible for assisting Exam Management with procedure evidence, managing the procedures portal and additional projects, as assigned. Additionally will be required to manage projects to improve Change Management processes and tools Job responsibilities Responsible for developing and maintaining Knowledge Management Assets (including procedures, supporting documents and communications) to support KYC policies and operational processes Ensure final approved documents conform to prescribed templates and style guidelines Champions and adheres to the CO&D Change Readiness process Write user-friendly materials that meets the needs of the target audience, translating knowledge into content that sets our users up for success Manage communications and meetings with project teams and key business partners, escalating challenges as needed Facilitate review with Stakeholders including Process Owner, Management, Testing and Compliance securing all approvals for procedures, and establish strong working relationships through routine interfacing with Technology, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and other relevant parties. Work under tight deadlines to quickly update/enhance knowledge assets resulting from policy and process changes Review change requests to confirm adherence to established change management standards and controls. Maintain and regularly update the change request repository to ensure statuses, decisions, and comments are accurately captured. Prepare PowerPoint materials and distribute meeting minutes for weekly change management forums. Partner with change management stakeholders to reinforce understanding of the change management process and support effective change tracking and reporting. and f ormulate observations and recommendations for process improvement, risk mitigation, and improved controls Required qualifications, capabilities and skills: A minimum of 5years practical experience with technical/procedural writing, editing and communication. BA/BS degree in English/Writing or equivalent work experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams, Co-pilot Demonstrated experience editing and reformatting detailed procedural documents into succinct, easy to follow steps Demonstrate the ability to identify and address fine details while maintaining a clear understanding of the broader context and overall objectives. Clear communicator with excellent organizational and time management skills. Self-motivated and analytical, capable of working independently and in teams. Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills: Knowledge of financial services functions, operations and awareness of regulatory and compliance environments a plus Experience in WKO / DDS processes is preferable
