Tax and Reporting Accountant

As a trusted finance partner to WSP Global leadership, this role makes sure the business's financial position is accurate, compliant and well understood. It connects regional operations with Group requirements, turning financial data into reliable reporting and practical insight that support decisions at every level of the organization. The role holder brings together technical accounting, tax and analytical skills to strengthen governance, reduce compliance risk and improve how the region's finances are run. They work with stakeholders across business units, Group functions and external advisors, and help drive continuous improvement in processes and structure. They also act as a visible ambassador for WSP's values and its commitment to a safe, Zero Harm workplace. 6 years post-qualifying experience as a CPA/CA(SA) /CTA with articles Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy Certified Public Accountant Advanced Excel skills essential – need to provide evidence of Excel modeling Oracle and Hyperion experience non-negotiable Good technical background in IFRS Good understanding of tax Consulting experience preferable International Tax exposure is an advantage Excellent people management skills and ability to work with people on all levels of the business Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Sound organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Sound organizational and time-management skills
