Stakeholder Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Stakeholder Engineer to support major transportation infrastructure and utilities projects in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have dominant and extensive experience managing stakeholder and authority coordination with Abu Dhabi government entities, utility providers, and regulatory authorities throughout the design and construction lifecycle of large-scale infrastructure projects. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline. Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in stakeholder management and authority coordination. Dominant and extensive working experience in Abu Dhabi. Proven experience coordinating with Abu Dhabi government authorities and utility agencies. Dominant and extensive experience with leading engineering consultancy firms (Tier 1 or Tier 2 consultants). Candidates with predominantly contractor experience will not be considered. Strong experience on roads, transportation infrastructure, wet utilities, and dry utilities projects. Candidates with predominantly building, vertical development, or oil & gas project experience will not be considered. Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi authority procedures, approvals, and permitting processes. Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and communication skills. Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure development projects from design through construction and handover.
