Software Engineer III - Backend Data Engineer

You are responsible for carrying out critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm’s business objectives. Job responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Java or Python Build scalable data solutions, including data pipelines and analytics capabilities, leveraging cloud technologies, Databricks, and Spark Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop reliable, high-performance software solutions. Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies, including AI-assisted development tools and Agentic AI capabilities. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Experience in software engineering with Java or Python. Hands-on experience with AWS or other cloud platforms. Experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, and large-scale data processing. Strong understanding of data engineering, analytics, and scalable application design. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Exposure to or interest in Agentic AI and modern AI-driven development practices. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Familiarity with modern front-end technologies Exposure to cloud technologies
