Senior Specialist, Marketing Operations

The Senior Specialist, Marketing PMO is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing and shared services initiatives across the organization. This role partners closely with stakeholders, project teams, and vendors to facilitate project intake and assignments, manage work through established processes, and help ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business priorities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented, with strong project coordination and communication skills. This individual is comfortable managing multiple priorities, supporting operational processes, and helping teams work more effectively through clear planning, reporting, and execution. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Project Management, or related field 5+ years of experience in project management, marketing operations, business operations, or a related discipline Experience coordinating projects across multiple stakeholders and teams Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Workfront, Monday.com, Jira, or similar platforms Experience with Excel and basic reporting Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Experience supporting marketing, creative, digital, or shared services teams Experience working with vendors, contracts, or procurement processes Familiarity with KPI reporting and dashboard development Experience supporting process improvement or workflow optimization initiatives
