We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our EMEA Talent Acquisition team in Malaga, supporting hiring across Verisk’s businesses and corporate functions. You’ll deliver full lifecycle recruitment, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR to attract high‑quality technical and operational talent. #LI-SD2 #LI-Hybrid What you’ll bring +3 years’ recruitment experience (in‑house preferred) Proven sourcing and hiring capability at scale Experience in international environment with globally distributed teams. Knowledge of AI‑enabled recruitment tools and their practical application across sourcing, screening and hiring processes Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Fluent English Fluent Polish and/or Spanish would be advantageous Technical recruitment experience within insurance and/or experience with AI‑enabled recruitment tools is a plus
