Zensar Technologies Limited is seeking a Senior QA Engineer for its Core Banking team to ensure high‑quality delivery of the Finacle platform and its ecosystem of channels, APIs, data platforms, and downstream systems. The role combines deep manual and automated testing expertise, leads test strategy and automation initiatives, integrates testing into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, and mentors junior engineers while collaborating closely with global QA leadership and cross‑functional Agile teams. 8+ years of software testing and quality assurance experience. 8+ years of test automation experience. Strong proficiency with xUnit/NUnit, C#/.NET, and REST API testing. Hands‑on experience using Postman or Bruno, SQL, and Azure Cosmos DB. Expertise in Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines, and CI/CD integration. Proven experience testing Core Banking or financial services platforms; Finacle experience preferred. Solid understanding of STLC, SDLC, Agile methodologies and automation‑first practices. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field. ISTQB/ISEB Foundation (or higher) certification preferred. Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management and mentoring abilities.
