The role will liaise with global teams and coordinate Global Mobility inbound support, particularly benefits enrolment, employee transition and local stakeholder alignment. Employee Benefits Administration, Health and Insurance Benefits, Retirement Benefits, Employee Wellness and Wellbeing, Vendor and SLA Coordination, Benefits Benchmarking, Cost and Utilisation Analysis, Employee Communications, HR Analytics, HRIS, Statutory Compliance, Stakeholder Management, Global Liaison and Global Mobility Inbound Support. BGV: Employment with WSP India is subject to the successful completion of a background verification (“BGV”) check conducted by a third-party agency appointed by WSP India.
