The ideal candidate should have a strong background in transmission tower design, PLS-CADD, PLS-Tower, and related software. This role involves working on high-voltage transmission line projects, providing expert design solutions, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Civil, or Structural Engineering. Experience: 15+ years of overhead transmission line design and tower analysis. Software Expertise: Proficient in PLS-CADD, PLS-Tower, PLS-Pole or STAAD.Pro, and AutoCAD. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of transmission line engineering principles, materials, and construction practices. Communication Skills: Excellent ability to collaborate with clients, project teams, and regulatory authorities. BGV: Employment with WSP India is subject to the successful completion of a background verification (“BGV”) check conducted by a third-party agency appointed by WSP India.
