Senior Document Controller (Healthcare)

We are looking for a full-time Senior Document Controller to work within the Project Management Construction Management (PMCM) discipline of our Noida/Bengaluru office supporting our SG team. The role entails the storage and management of documentation in line with company procedures. Furthermore, ensuring that project documentation and client deliverables are transmitted and received in accordance with project procedures using varied EDMS programs. The successful candidate must have the ability to work independently and be highly motivated whilst having a good appreciation of a deadline driven environment. They should be detail-oriented, dependable and trustworthy as they encounter complex and sensitive documents. Ideally 8-10 years’ experience of Document and Data management in a multi discipline detail design engineering environment. Experience of uploading/downloading from online collaborative websites is essential. The successful candidate needs to be conscientious, and methodical with excellent organisational skills. Excellent time management skills and capable of managing their own time/workload across multiple projects. Excellent communication skills required as all the projects will be SG based and daily coordination with the project team in SG is required. Experience in EDMS's like ACC, ProjectWise, Asite and Aconex would be an advantage. Preferably experience from Healthcare.
