Senior Consultant - Security

Conduct security risk assessments and threat analyses for planning and design projects. Develop and implement security strategies, policies, and designs that align with project objectives and client requirements. Bachelor’s degree in security management or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g, PSP) preferred. 8+ years of experience in security consulting, with a focus on planning and design projects. Proven expertise in integrating security solutions into multidisciplinary projects, such as transportation, commercial, or public infrastructure. Strong knowledge of security standards, risk assessment methodologies, and physical security technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse project teams and clients. Proficiency in design and planning tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam) and security software is an asset. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with local and international regulations, including building codes and security guidelines.
