Senior Civil Engineer-Water Transmission Pipeline

Senior Civil Engineer will act as the Consultant's representative and be responsible for overseeing the construction and delivery of water transmission pipeline works. The role involves monitoring contractor performance, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting the successful execution of the project within schedule and budget requirements. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university. Minimum 10 years of experience in civil engineering, including at least 5 years on water transmission pipeline or water infrastructure projects. Previous experience in construction supervision and consultancy roles. Strong knowledge of pipeline construction, earthworks, reinforced concrete structures, and utility coordination. Familiarity with international standards and industry best practices related to water infrastructure projects. Experience in reviewing technical submittals, QA/QC procedures, and construction methodologies. Excellent communication, coordination, and report-writing skills.
