WSP India is currently seeking a Senior BIM Technician to join our Bridges team located at our Bengaluru office. This role is to work as part of WSP GCC Netherlands as part of BIM team and taking a role in the production of detailed structural drawings in Tekla Structures – Concrete, AutoCAD and/ or Microstation if applicable. Lead the preparation of Engineering Drawings using WSP CAD/ BIM Standards and Templates. Agree priorities & deadlines with Sweden Team, organize work to ensure timely delivery. Align work with Quality requirements and maintain Document Control for all work. Proactively raising queries, identifying necessary inputs from others & following up. Develop templates and libraries for CAD / BIM work. Role will be working under the supervision of Principal Engineer or Principal BIM Modeler. Minimum Diploma in CAD with 10+ years of relevant experience. It is desirable that the candidate has obtained professional registration such as EngTech with ICE, UK or close to attaining the same. BGV: Employment with WSP India is subject to the successful completion of a background verification (“BGV”) check conducted by a third-party agency appointed by WSP India.
