Senior Accountant (Bilingual English/Spanish) Location: Lima, PE Type: Full-time Resumen Buscamos un Senior Accountant bilingüe para contribuir a las operaciones financieras de una empresa líder en la industria de manufactura y distribución de alimentos. La posición tendrá un rol clave en los procesos de cierre mensual, conciliaciones contables, contabilidad de costos e inventarios y elaboración de reportes financieros, trabajando de manera cercana con los equipos de Finanzas, Operaciones, Compras, Logística y equipos internacionales. Responsabilidades Preparar asientos contables mensuales, provisiones, conciliaciones de cuentas y documentación de soporte. Participar en los procesos de cierre mensual, trimestral y anual de acuerdo con US GAAP. Realizar actividades de contabilidad de costos relacionadas con COGS, costos estándar, análisis de rendimiento y variaciones, y valorización de inventarios. Conciliar transacciones intercompañía y contribuir a mantener prácticas contables consistentes. Trabajar en coordinación con Operaciones, Compras, Costos y Logística para validar información relacionada con costos e inventarios. Preparar documentación y reportes de soporte para auditorías internas, externas y regulatorias. Identificar oportunidades de mejora para optimizar las conciliaciones, eficiencia del cierre y precisión de los reportes financieros. Comunicar información financiera de manera clara en inglés y español a equipos internos y socios externos. Gestionar transacciones, reportes y procesos contables relacionados con sistemas ERP. Apoyar el cumplimiento de políticas corporativas, requerimientos tributarios y controles financieros. Requisitos Bachiller o Licenciatura en Contabilidad, Finanzas o carreras afines. Mínimo 8 años de experiencia en contabilidad. Dominio avanzado de inglés oral y escrito. Sólidos conocimientos de US GAAP y principios de contabilidad de costos. Experiencia en contabilidad de inventarios, manufactura o costos. Excel avanzado. Experiencia utilizando sistemas ERP, como Microsoft GP, Dynamics 365 o similares. Sólidas habilidades analíticas, organizativas y de comunicación. Capacidad para gestionar múltiples prioridades y cumplir con plazos en entornos dinámicos. Experiencia trabajando con equipos multifuncionales y comunicando información financiera a personas no especializadas en Finanzas.
