As a Regional AV & Collaboration Technology Operations Associate in Workplace Services Operations, you will oversee the delivery, support, and enhancement of AV and collaboration services within your assigned region. You will ensure service excellence, operational efficiency, and alignment with global standards. In this enterprise workplace technology role, you will partner with teams to drive innovation and maintain a seamless user experience. This position does not involve media production, broadcast, creative media, content, publishing, or studio operations. Job Responsibilities: Lead and mentor regional AV and collaboration operations teams, fostering accountability and service excellence Oversee vendor relationships to ensure consistent engagement and performance aligned with global standards and SLAs Ensure high-quality support for AV, conferencing, and collaboration technology platforms, including incident management and proactive maintenance Implement and maintain support models for a seamless user experience, including preventative maintenance and operational playbooks Monitor operational performance, conduct system health checks, and ensure service continuity Produce and share regular status and performance reports with stakeholders Implement risk and controls frameworks in alignment with global policies, ensuring audit readiness Lead regional teams through internal and external audits as required Manage regional budgets, track expenses, and support financial forecasting Oversee asset management, including inventory tracking and vendor coordination for room technology and AV endpoints Identify and implement opportunities for operational efficiency, service quality, and user satisfaction Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: Experience in operations management, vendor management, and service delivery within enterprise AV, conferencing, unified communications, or collaboration technology environments Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and develop regional teams Expertise in troubleshooting, incident management, and process improvement Experience managing budgets, assets, and vendor relationships Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach Ability to work collaboratively with global and regional peers in a fast-paced environment Understanding of risk, controls, compliance, and audit processes Working knowledge of enterprise AV and collaboration technology sufficient to support incident triage, vendor engagement, and service operations oversight Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: Experience with AI, automation, or innovative technologies as applied to service operations Familiarity with supporting the adoption of new tools and technologies in workplace collaboration environments Ability to partner with product teams, IT, and business stakeholders for new product rollouts and enhancements Experience collaborating with global peers to ensure alignment and share best practices Why Join Us?
