Your expertise in recruitment strategies and candidate engagement will be key to our success. We are looking for a self-starter who can work independently and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and other stakeholders. Minimum 15 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and offer scheduling, Stake holder connect, managing numbers , planning. Proven track record of successful recruitment campaigns and candidate placements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships. Proficiency in using various recruitment tools and platforms for sourcing and screening candidates. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. MBA, B.Com, BA, or M.Tech degree preferred, or equivalent industry experience. Experience in the IT or technology sector is an advantage. Familiarity with Pune's job market and talent pool is desirable. Passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to delivering exceptional recruitment outcomes.
