Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Improvement (QI) Engineer to drive continuous improvement initiatives across products, processes, and services. The ideal candidate will identify quality gaps, analyze performance metrics, implement corrective and preventive actions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Process Improvement, or Continuous Improvement roles. Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certification is preferred. Experience with quality management and process improvement tools. Preferred Skills Knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices. Experience with quality dashboards and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel. Familiarity with ISO 9001, CMMI, or industry-specific quality standards. Experience in process automation and digital transformation initiatives.
