As an Experienced Project Manager , you'll take ownership of complex projects from planning through delivery while collaborating with multidisciplinary experts and senior leaders. Your Impact Lead projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closeout. Deliver successful project outcomes by managing scope, schedule, budget, forecasting, and change management activities. Develop and maintain project management plans, schedules, risk registers, and communication strategies that support effective decision-making. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and partners to achieve project objectives while maintaining strong collaboration. Build trusted client relationships by serving as a key point of contact and providing proactive, transparent communication throughout project delivery. Identify and mitigate project risks related to cost, schedule, quality, resourcing, and health and safety to support successful outcomes. Support business growth through proposal development, project scoping, estimating, and participation in pursuit activities. Champion a culture of safety, ethics, quality, and continuous improvement across all project and team activities. The Skills That Set You Apart 4 to 7 years of progressive experience in project coordination or project management within consulting, engineering, environmental, or professional services environments. Demonstrated expertise in scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and stakeholder management. Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, project controls, and performance reporting. Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and collaborating effectively with technical specialists and project stakeholders. PMP certification, or progress toward certification, is considered an asset. Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, Oracle, or comparable project delivery systems. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and client management skills with the confidence to engage senior leaders and project teams.
