La persona seleccionada será responsable de transformar datos en información valiosa que ayude a la toma de decisiones estratégicas y contribuya a mejorar la eficiencia operativa del negocio. Responsabilidades Diseñar y desarrollar dashboards e informes basados en datos para optimizar el desempeño del negocio. Trabajar de manera conjunta con diferentes áreas para identificar necesidades y prioridades del negocio. Analizar grandes volúmenes de información para obtener insights que apoyen la toma de decisiones. Presentar resultados y recomendaciones de forma clara y efectiva a distintos stakeholders. Mantenerse actualizado sobre nuevas tendencias, herramientas y mejores prácticas en analítica de datos. Requisitos Título universitario en Ciencia de Datos, Estadística, Ingeniería en Sistemas, Ciencias de la Computación o carreras afines, o experiencia equivalente en análisis de datos. Entre 2 y 5 años de experiencia en posiciones relacionadas con analítica de datos. Capacidad analítica para trabajar con grandes volúmenes de información y bases de datos complejas. Buenas habilidades de comunicación y presentación de resultados. Nivel de inglés intermedio alto (B2) o superior. Requisitos Deseables Experiencia previa en empresas del sector tecnológico. Manejo de herramientas de visualización de datos como Tableau o Power BI. Conocimientos intermedios de SQL. Experiencia utilizando Python para automatización de procesos (deseable). Certificaciones relacionadas con analítica de datos, como Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) u otras similares. Career Level - IC3
