Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management frameworks. Understanding of enterprise architecture, APIs, system integrations, and cloud technologies. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering and business. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Familiarity with AI-enabled products, automation, and digital transformation initiatives is preferred. Product Management tools knowledge (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps) is an advantage.
