Program Manager 4

We are seeking an experienced Principal Program Manager to join our Oracle Operations organization. This individual will lead complex, cross-organizational programs that improve operational effectiveness, enable product strategy, and strengthen relationships with key vendors and partners. The successful candidate will bring strong program leadership, product-management acumen, and the ability to drive alignment across diverse stakeholders. They will be comfortable operating in ambiguity, translating strategic priorities into executable plans, and delivering measurable business and customer outcomes. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from: $90,100 to $209,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
