Product Delivery Manager - Identity Access Management

As a Product Delivery Manager in Identity Access Management (IAM) within the Chief Technology office, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way. You innovate new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. In this role, you will define the product vision, drive strategy, and oversee the delivery of secure, scalable, and user-friendly IAM solutions for our customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our platform meets business objectives, regulatory requirements, and delivers an exceptional user experience. Job responsibilities Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers high value to customers with modern technology Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners Advocate for seamless and secure customer experiences, balancing usability with robust security Drive product health reviews & metric reporting around platform performance, adoption, and incident Experience in data product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies Experience in Databricks or Data warehouse / Lakehouse platforms Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
