Hands-on exposure to Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot. Ability to translate business challenges into scalable automation and AI solutions. Understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC/DMADV). Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
