Principal Advanced Services Engineer(Oracle DBA-Exadata Engineer)

The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge and solid troubleshooting experience in all areas of Oracle database technology, with a strong focus on Exadata and RAC. This role requires advanced level skills in Exadata , RAC, ASM, performance tuning, HA, backup and recovery, and experience in database upgrades, migrations, installations, and patching. Location: Bengaluru Key Responsibilities: Provide expert-level support for Oracle Exadata and RAC environments, including troubleshooting, performance tuning, and optimization Administer and maintain Exadata and RAC systems, including upgrades, migrations, and patching Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide proactive advice and support Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles to support the team and customers Participate in 24*7 shift rotations to provide support for Exadata systems Work closely with the team to resolve complex technical issues and provide high-quality solutions Communicate technical findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders
