We are seeking an experienced MFT Lead Engineer to lead the design, engineering, modernization, and continuous improvement of our managed file transfer platform. This role is responsible for building a secure, reliable, scalable, and supportable MFT service that enables critical business data exchange across the enterprise and with external partners. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in managed file transfer technologies, platform architecture, automation, observability, and production readiness, and can serve as the technical lead for service reliability, engineering standards, and strategic platform evolution. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • 5+ years of hands-on experience in managed file transfer, integration engineering, or platform engineering roles, with demonstrated technical leadership experience. • Strong experience with MFT platforms such as Axway Secure Transport or similar enterprise file transfer technologies. • Deep understanding of secure transfer protocols and related technologies, including SFTP, FTPS, AS2, HTTPS, encryption, keys, and certificate management. • Experience with scripting and automation using Shell, Python, JavaScript or similar tools, along with working knowledge of APIs, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation. • Strong background in Linux/Unix administration, troubleshooting, and production support for business-critical platforms. • Experience with observability, service metrics, root cause analysis, and reliability engineering practices. • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and experience supporting secure, scalable enterprise integrations in hybrid environments. • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions and influence decisions. #LI-ZP1 #LI-Hybrid
