Core banking domain knowledge Good‑to‑Have Requirements Knowledge of Mainframe utilities and tools e.g., File-AID, Abend-AID, Expeditor, SMP/E, Endevor, CHANGEMAN. Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps concepts Familiarity with source code management, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing on mainframe. Performance tuning and system optimization skills Tuning DB2 SQL, COBOL programs, and JCL job performance. Experience in integration and modernization projects API/REST integration with mainframe, migration to cloud/mainframe reengineering, or modernization tools.
