This role combines people leadership, operational excellence, and engineering expertise to deliver high-quality products that meet customer expectations. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives, oversee production activities, and contribute to strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong analytical skills and a passion for operational excellence. Must Have Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. 18 plus years of proven experience in production management, manufacturing operations, or industrial engineering environments. Expertise in production planning, resource management, process optimization, and operational performance improvement. Proven leadership, problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills with experience leading teams. Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies. Experience leading engineering projects, change management initiatives, and cross-functional improvement programs. Familiarity with ERP/MES systems and working within global manufacturing or high-volume production environments. Nice to Have Knowledge of manufacturing systems, production KPIs, quality management, and process control principles.
