Lead Principal Product Manager

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking an experienced and strategic Lead Principal Product Manager to lead high-impact initiatives that accelerate product opportunities, strengthen operational excellence, and drive scalable business practices across OCI. This role is responsible for translating corporate and organizational strategy into executable programs that span multiple business units, enabling product growth, operational efficiency, and successful go-to-market execution. As a Lead Principal Product Manager, you will operate as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, partnering across Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to define strategic priorities, align stakeholders, and deliver measurable business outcomes. You will thrive in a fast-paced, highly technical environment, balancing strategic thinking with operational execution while influencing without direct authority.
