Internal Communications Specialist - Vaga Exclusiva para Pessoa com Deficiência - PCD

Oracle is looking for an IC2 Internal Communications Specialist based in Sao Paulo, Brazil, to contribute to the planning and execution of internal communications across Lines of Business (LOBs) and Latin America projects covering Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Colombia, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico and Mexico. This role is designed for an experienced communications professional who can work with moderate supervision, exercise independent judgment and help move communications work from request to execution with quality, speed and consistency. The role will contribute to recurring and occasionally non-routine communications across LOBs and Latin America projects, including country and business channels, content development, newsletters, events, campaigns, stakeholder coordination, reporting and process improvement. The person in this role is expected to take ownership of defined communications activities, solve standard problems by considering multiple factors, propose practical solutions and participate in decisions within the scope of the team. The role does not independently own sensitive communications, crisis communications, executive advisory or regional communications strategy. The IC2 will work with moderate supervision and regular feedback from more senior communications team members. As capability grows, the role will take on greater ownership of recurring processes, support junior colleagues and begin building relationships outside the immediate team. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong writing and execution skills with sound judgment, curiosity and a collaborative mindset. They should be comfortable working across LOBs and countries, turning incomplete inputs into clear communications, following through with stakeholders, learning from feedback and using digital and AI tools to improve productivity, quality and impact. This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of working from the São Paulo office three days per week and the flexibility to attend additional special events in person when business needs require it. Travel requirements outside the São Paulo office are low. Scope of the IC2 Role The IC2 role is focused: Independent execution of defined communications activities. Coordination of recurring and occasionally non-routine work. Content drafting, adaptation and editorial improvement. Country, LOB and newsletter support. Event and campaign communications. Stakeholder coordination and follow-up. Problem solving across multiple factors within defined scope. Basic reporting, interpretation and recommendations. Process improvement and documentation. AI-enabled productivity and reusable ways of working. Support and basic guidance to junior team members. The IC2 role is not expected to own: Communications strategy for the region. Executive messaging or leadership advisory. Crisis communications or high-risk sensitive communications. Final decisions on confidential or politically complex topics. Regional narrative ownership.
