Head - Business Solutions GCC

The Head of Business Solutions – GCC will work closely with the UK Leadership Team and the UK-based Business Solutions function to lead and develop the GCC Business Solutions team. The role is accountable for ensuring the team is appropriately resourced, operates effectively, and delivers high-quality support across a portfolio of administrative, project support, and graphic services. Working in close collaboration with Senior Leadership Team members, Team Leaders and People Managers across both the UK and GCC, the role will drive operational excellence through consistent delivery standards, continuous improvement, and process simplification. As the team continues to grow, the successful candidate will provide strong leadership and line management, with responsibility for resource planning, recruitment, capability development, and performance management. A strong working knowledge of Microsoft and Adobe tools is essential to support the team’s delivery requirements. The role requires a proactive and self-directed individual with strong problem-solving capability, able to manage multiple priorities and identify effective solutions where required. Excellent communication skills are critical, enabling clear and concise engagement with stakeholders and effective direction to GCC-based team members on task and project delivery. Attention to detail, the ability to work at pace, and a collaborative approach are essential. The role will continue to evolve, requiring ongoing flexibility and a willingness to self learn new systems, tools, and processes quickly and effectively. A key focus of the role is to embed a “one team” culture across all teams and geographies, aligning purpose, ways of working, values, and behaviours.
