Full Stack Engineer, Blockchain & Application Development Location: Raleigh, NC Type: Full-time Job Summary eClerx is seeking a motivated Software Engineer to join our Application Development team's technical implementation for enterprise software and its blockchain and digital-asset infrastructure. As a Software Engineer, you'll own and deliver features end to end. You must have a strong technical foundation in full-stack engineering, including hands-on experience integrating blockchain and Web3 technologies into enterprise systems, along with a passion for scalable and secure design Responsibilities Own the technical delivery of features and projects from design through deployment, ensuring quality, performance, and scalability Contribute to architectural discussions and code reviews Adhere to coding standards, architectural principles, and security best practices Collaborate with Product and UX teams to translate client needs into high-impact solutions Build test automation across the full stack of our software and follow engineering best practices Optimize application performance and reliability in a cloud environment Implement blockchain integrations, node connectivity, transaction submission, event monitoring, wallet/custody interactions, and signing/approval workflows, using enterprise-grade backend and Web3 libraries Write, test, and deploy smart contracts (Solidity or equivalent) following established security practices, handle full transaction lifecycle, submission, confirmation, idempotency, and failure/reversal handling, with audit-friendly logging Partner with Product Managers and Technical Project Managers to understand scope, timelines, and priorities. Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders Eligibility Requirements BS or BA in Computer Science or related field 5+ years of full-stack development experience, with strong backend expertise in one or more languages (e.g., Java/Spring Boot, Node.js, Python, Go) Hands-on experience building on blockchain/DLT platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Hyperledger Besu, or Canton/Daml), including transaction lifecycle (gas, nonce, confirmations, finality) and event processing Experience with frontend frameworks (React/Angular) using TypeScript/JavaScript Strong understanding of application architecture, design patterns, and performance optimization Proficiency with REST APIs, and database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) Hands-on experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Curiosity and willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment In the US, the target base salary for this role is $130K-$190K. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
