Executive Director, Fund Services NAV Operations – EMEA

Job summary: As an Executive Director in Fund Services NAV Operations EMEA, you will partner with the EMEA Fund Services operations leadership team to enhance operational capabilities and deliver exceptional client service. You will work closely with regional and global functions, driving strategic programs and supporting business expansion. Together, we will foster a diverse and inclusive workforce, champion innovation, and execute on our priorities. You will help us build trusted relationships and deliver value to our clients. Job responsibilities: Lead operational teams supporting Fund Services product delivery Drive execution of a risk-based oversight model Develop and execute metrics and management reporting for ongoing operations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve key business issues Represent Operations in interactions with regulators, clients, and prospects Ensure service delivery standards align with client agreements Champion people and engagement initiatives Build and influence a network of partners across leadership levels Develop engaging storylines for our diverse workforce Challenge the status quo and lead change control initiatives Oversee planning and execution of strategic priorities Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: 15+ years of experience in Fund services/ Fund Accounting Excellent people management and client relationship skills Proven organizational leadership with focus on client satisfaction, culture, risk, and governance Experience leading data and digital programs, including AI initiatives Strong commitment to diversity and inclusivity Excellence in execution and attention to detail Ability to constructively challenge the status quo Experience managing stakeholder and senior management expectations Hands-on approach to improving operations efficiency Advanced skills in controls and monitoring for governance and reporting Demonstrated success in client-facing operational leadership roles Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills: Experience with platform re-engineering and visualization methods Expertise in driving engagement and people initiatives Strong network-building and influencing skills Ability to develop robust, consistent communication strategies Experience in regulatory and client-facing roles Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration in global organizations Track record of leading transformation and change management initiatives
