The ideal candidate will be responsible for technical leadership, people management, project execution, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement of engineering practices. Required Skills & Qualifications Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Technical Skills Strong experience in software development and system architecture. Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. Experience with microservices, APIs, distributed systems, and modern application architectures. Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and automation. Understanding of security, performance optimization, and scalability concepts. Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and integration technologies. Management Skills Strong leadership and team-building capabilities. Excellent stakeholder and customer management skills. Budgeting, resource planning, and capacity management experience. Risk management and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing teams of 15+ engineers. Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). Relevant certifications such as: PMP Certified Scrum Master (CSM) SAFe Agilist AWS/Azure/GCP Certifications Experience working with global distributed teams.
