Engineer - OHL

The Engineer - OHL is responsible for overseeing the design, construction, and maintenance of overhead line electrification systems. This role involves ensuring compliance with safety standards, managing project timelines, and coordinating with various stakeholders to deliver efficient and reliable OHL infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to solve complex engineering problems. As a Overhead Line Engineer, you will design of a range of Overhead Line Circuits at voltages ranging from 11kV to 400kV. Proven experience in the design of Overhead Line Circuits (Towers and/or Poles) at any voltage up to 400kV. Bachelor's in Civil/Structural or Electrical Engineering Knowledge of all applicable engineering standards. The ability to design with PLS- CADD, Tower or similar. Experience in overhead line electrification projects Knowledge of OHL design and construction standards Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, PLS-CADD) Strong project management skills Understanding of electrical engineering principles Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Excellent problem-solving abilities Effective communication and teamwork skills Experience with maintenance and troubleshooting of OHL systems Knowledge of safety regulations and practices.
