Responsibilities: • Financial Planning & Analysis o Develop, maintain, and improve financial models, forecasts, and budgets. o Analyze financial results, evaluate key variances, and deliver concise, actionable insights to executive leadership. • Reporting & Presentations o Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for DFO and market leaders. o Present findings and recommendations to management, highlighting risks, opportunities, and trends. • Business Partnering o Collaborate with field leaders to understand their operational needs, budgetary requirements, and strategic goals. o Provide financial guidance to help business units meet targets and optimize spend. Skills and Qualifications: • Analytical & Strategic Thinking o Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. o Ability to quickly interpret complex data and communicate insights in a concise manner. • Communication & Collaboration o Excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience presenting to executivelevel stakeholders. o Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with diverse teams. • Leadership & Initiative o Ability to mentor junior analysts and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. o Comfortable making informed recommendations based on thorough financial analysis. o Must be willing to work in shifting schedules including a graveyard shift.
