DevOps Engineer I

This role is essential in supporting our critical infrastructure and providing excellent customer support for our products and offerings. The DevOps Engineer I will also participate in the continuous growth and improvement of our internal processes using automation and exciting new technologies. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field required. Basic understanding of Windows Administration, Linux Administration, and IIS Management. Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and general cloud computing concepts – EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, Lambda, etc. Familiarity with at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell). Demonstrated mastery of Development tools and methodologies, such as Firewall concepts, network connectivity, XML config files, Rest API calls, HTTP Headers and Response Codes. Understanding of source control systems (Git basics). Willingness to learn CI/CD tools, containerization (Docker), and infrastructure automation. Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation, and provide occasional support outside of regular business hours Must have passion for technology and a focus on automation. Must have excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills. AWS Certification(s) are preferred. #LI-MB1 #LI-Hybrid
