Zensar Technologies Limited is seeking a seasoned Delivery Manager with over 12 years of experience in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain. Based in Pune, you will own end‑to‑end delivery of application development, maintenance, support, and transformation programs, while driving client satisfaction, operational excellence, and business growth across strategic BFSI accounts. 12+ years of IT experience with extensive BFSI program exposure. Strong knowledge of banking, insurance, payments, lending or wealth‑management operations. Proven experience managing medium to large delivery teams across onsite and offshore locations. Demonstrated ability to engage senior client stakeholders and deliver executive‑level communications. Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, ITIL, DevOps, Cloud and enterprise application landscapes. Expertise in financial management, governance, risk management and people leadership. Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with Generative AI/LLM fundamentals, prompt engineering and AI‑assisted delivery practices. Hands‑on experience with tools such as Azure OpenAI, Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Azure DevOps/Jira. PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, Agile or Scrum certification preferred.
