Help teams work smarter by turning business needs into practical, scalable solutions. In this hands-on role, you will build and enhance data, automation, and collaboration capabilities that improve delivery across multiple functions. You will partner closely with stakeholders to implement reliable solutions and create reusable patterns that make work easier to maintain and scale. As a Senior Associate, Technical Solutions in the Card Automation team, you translate business needs into maintainable solutions across data, automation, and collaboration platforms. You will troubleshoot issues end to end, deliver reusable capabilities, and support stakeholders through clear communication and disciplined execution. Job responsibilities Translate business needs into technical requirements and implementable solutions across multiple functions Build and scale solutions for data preparation, workflow automation, reporting, and content management use cases Develop, maintain, and monitor automation workflows and process improvements with an emphasis on reliability and reuse Create and enhance dashboards, operational reporting, and analytics deliverables in partnership with stakeholders Extract, transform, validate, and reconcile structured and semi-structured data from multiple sources Configure and support SharePoint Online information architecture, permissions, and governance; assist with migrations and remediation as needed Troubleshoot issues by identifying root causes, outlining options and trade-offs, and driving fixes to completion Document solutions, create runbooks, and contribute to standards and patterns that support consistent delivery Manage multiple concurrent requests, communicate status clearly, and coordinate dependencies across stakeholders Required qualifications, capabilities and skills Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience 3+ years of relevant experience in technical solutions, automation, data, or platform support/delivery roles Experience translating business needs into technical requirements and delivering maintainable solutions Experience delivering work through incomplete or evolving requirements and driving issues to resolution Working knowledge of data concepts (tables, joins, data quality checks, and extract-transform-load patterns) Experience writing and maintaining code or scripts (for example, Python, VBA, Java, or similar) to automate tasks or integrate systems Experience partnering with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including communicating status, risks, and trade-offs Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills Experience with one or more of the following: SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, UiPath, Power Platform, SharePoint Online Experience supporting multiple functions and managing competing priorities within a delivery queue Familiarity with governance, access controls, and working in a regulated environment Experience in financial services or a similarly regulated industry Additional information Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.
