As we build and grow, we seek a high-energy individual to step into the Data Center Supplier Services & Business Operations team. This role requires a thinker with a strategic vision and tactical prowess. We need you to identify gaps and communicate ideas, solutions, and concerns as well as mitigation plans for future process development, iterations, and the continuous improvement of them. You will be expected to recommend changes and support your positions on those changes using the data you report, along with juggling high levels of support for day-to-day operational needs. You should have a strong business and data center background, a track record of fixing things, and a bias for action. Experience in the datacenter colocation is needed, along with experience in a fast-paced management environment, making quick decisions to remove blockers or risks to the business and the employees managed. Candidate must be comfortable working across remote teams and possess the ability to compartmentalize tasks to separate and manage exceptions differently from the normal day-to-day. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from: $91,000 to $209,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
