Consultant -Startegic Asset Management

To support WSP Australia’s Strategic Asset Management team from India by contributing to advisory projects across transport, energy, mining, water, facilities and social infrastructure. The role supports clients from strategy through implementation by analysing asset information, developing practical recommendations and producing high-quality client-ready outputs. • Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in a relevant field. • Certification in Asset Management, or an equivalent qualification, is desirable; willingness to obtain certification is acceptable. Experience, skills and organisational knowledge: • 3 to 5 years of experience in strategic asset management, business management, asset maintenance, asset management systems or a related advisory role. • Strong analytical capability and attention to detail, with experience interrogating asset data and identifying trends and insights. • Ability to convert analysis into clear, practical recommendations for clients and project teams. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and presentation of data for the intended audience. • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and tailored service delivery. • Collaborative and team-oriented approach, with a willingness to learn from and mentor others. • Sound organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities. • Commitment to continuous learning, professional development and building an industry profile. • Experience or exposure across transport, energy, mining, water, facilities, social infrastructure or cultural institutions is advantageous. • Ability to work effectively with national and international project teams and industry specialists.
