Construction Manager

WSP is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join the PMCM team supporting the delivery of a landmark development in Riyadh. This is a delivery-focused role requiring strong leadership of construction supervision activities, contractor management, stakeholder coordination, and project execution from a consultant/PMC environment. The successful candidate will act as the Client's representative on site, driving construction progress, quality, safety, and compliance across multiple work fronts while ensuring successful project delivery in accordance with schedule and budget objectives. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline. Minimum 15 years of total experience in construction management. Minimum 8 years in a Consultant / PMC / PMCM environment. Immediate availability or short notice period. Proven experience as Construction Manager, Senior Construction Manager, or similar leadership role. Strong experience delivering large-scale infrastructure, public realm, mixed-use, transportation, urban development, or giga projects. Extensive experience managing contractors on behalf of the client. Strong knowledge of construction supervision, QA/QC, HSE, contract administration, and stakeholder management. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Previous GCC experience is essential. Saudi Arabia and Riyadh project experience highly preferred.
