Practise the CAD Manager, Tunnels at WSP interview free →Qualifications (Minimum and desirable) Graduate of any technical course or at least three (3) years in BS Engineering or BS Architecture course Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related technical discipline. (preferred) Minimum 10 years' experience in CAD/BIM delivery within engineering consultancy, infrastructure, transportation, or underground construction sectors. Demonstrated experience in mined tunnel projects, underground structures, or major transportation infrastructure projects. Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD. Proven experience managing or supervising a small to medium-sized technical team. Strong understanding of engineering drawing production, BIM workflows, model management, and digital project delivery. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively within multidisciplinary project environments.
