The BIM Technician position is required to work in all facets of design drafting, delivering high quality work on time to the Power team. Qualifications (Minimum and Desirable): — Typically, 2-8 years’ experience. — Experienced in providing key technical knowledge across a broad range of projects. Self-aware of limitations and when should ask for help, balanced with confidence to proceed. — Good knowledge of drafting & detailing skills. — Working knowledge of Revit software — Working knowledge and understanding of 2D and 3D CAD software and how it applies. Experience, skills and organisational knowledge — Prepares engineering drawing deliverables from sketches, calculations and/or specifications. — Contributed to building the technical capability of others and transferring technical expertise within the organisation. — Diploma of Engineering or Advanced Diploma of Engineering — Periodic attendance at specific technical training courses, conferences, workshops. — CADD Associate. — Continual development of CADD skills. — Good working knowledge of drafting software – 2d and 3d.
