BIM Engineer - Building Technology Systems

We are seeking a talented and motivated BIM Engineer specializing in Building Technology Systems (ICT, Audio Visual, Security, BMS) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategies in our projects. This position requires proficiency in BIM software, a solid understanding of building technology systems, and excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. - Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in BIM coordination and management for building technology systems. - Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant design tools. - Strong knowledge of building technology systems and their integration within architectural designs. - Experience with clash detection and resolution processes in BIM-driven projects. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently. - Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and regulations related to building technology systems. - Certification in BIM technologies (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is a plus.
